Yes, we are fully insured, vat registered and we are members of Napit a self certifying body to carry out part p works.
An EICR is an Electrical inspection condition report. It is recoomended that all home owners do one of these every 10 years to get an idea of the condition of then electrical installation. It is also a requirement for landlords to have an EICR carried out every 5 years.
